At IOH SYSTEMÉ NATUREL, I stress professionalism at all stages which always begins with consultation well structured to guide potential clients through three specific phases:
1) Information gathering (e.g clients hair and scalp condition, lifestyle etc)
2) Sharing information with clients which I learnt during my training at Sisterlocks Head Office, in San Diego. This involves the appointment scheduling, pricing, on going maintenance and products to be used.
3) I then test the hair using “Sample Locks” to help ensure the proper sizes and locking patterns are chosen. Sample locks provide a valuable “reality check” for clients of how it will look later.
TIP: Stick to scheduled appointments and cooperate with your consultant to avoid problems!
